My name is Jon, and I bloody LOVE fundraising.
I’ve been doing some form of fundraising and marketing for the last 12 years. I fell into digital fundraising just as it was really starting to take off, and unintentionally became an online fundraising expert. As you do.
I want to share my knowledge with as many people as I can – it doesn’t make sense for me to keep this stuff in my head! The better we are as a sector at doing this stuff, the better impact for our causes (and all of us!)
I currently live in London, UK via New Zealand and Canada, but have raised tens of millions of pounds in nearly every country in the world for human rights, healthcare, advocacy and campaigning, education, hospitals, and community organisations. I currently work for a tech non-profit based in San Francisco.
